Welcome to my personal portfolio site. Scroll down the list to see my personal and commercial work, from current projects to the start of my designing career (well, until University at least). Currently I work for Future Route Ltd in the Marketing Department looking after the corporate and product websites, and any online based advertising and email campaigns that go with them. As well as this, I half look after the html design of the product itself, Validis, which is an online based Accountacy tool. I have been working here since May 2007.

For the first four months of 2007 a friend and I travelled around Mexico and Guatemala, two months of which was spend volunteering doing teaching and conservation work in a small Guatemalan town, Santiago Atitlan. Over this period I kept a travelling blog.
From November 2005 to January 2007 I worked for Magicalia Ltd, starting up and running ThinkCamera.com, a photography community site. I also did adboxes, banners and other online work for the other websites in Magicalia's publishing division.

In the summer of 2005 I worked for C Venues up at the Edinburgh Festival. While initially working in IT, setting up phones and looking after the company computers, they quickly moved me onto design of posters, brochures, flyers and show programmes. In the few months leading up to the 2006 season, I also produced a few posters, but only worked at the festival for a week that year.

After joining the Kent University Canoe Club for fun at the start of my university degree, I was made club treasurer for the second and third years (and President Elect for my fourth non-existent year). As well as being treasurer I also looked after the company website, did t-shirt designs and used the club as a basis for some of my university projects.
From 2002 to 2005 I was at the University of Kent at Canterbury, getting a 2:1 in Multimedia Technology and Design. This section covers the more portfolio friendly modules I took (I could put programming up I suppose) and any other work I did during this period.
A Flash based portfolio site (unfinished) that uses a mobile phone for design and interaction
A Flash and HTML based website for a hypothetical television series of John Wyndham's novel, the Midwich Cuckoos. This brings together visual, audio and interactive elements.
